The Cohiba Panetelas cigar was much loved by the Iron Fist of Cuba, Fidel Castro. The cigar was first crafted in 1969 and was only available to Cuban top officials, unless it a box was given as a diplomatic gift. Cigar aficionados were forced to wait for 13 years until the cigars were commercially available but they did not disappoint. The Cohiba Panatelas is a Laguito No.3 cigar, small but rich and full of flavour. It is similar to other Cohibas from the classic range only with stronger bean flavours and hints of smoky leather.
